Kindergarten Mondrian Spider Webs

Recently, our Kindergarten students learned about famous artist Piet Mondrian, who painted in primary colors.  They have also learned about what the "amazing line" can do...it can start as a dot and take a walk...it can zig, it can zag, it can swirl, and twirl, and do so much more.  Well, combine those two lessons together and you can create a Mondrian spider web that can be colored with just red, yellow, and blue.  With a few pipe cleaners, some model magic, and a lot of patience, a 3D spider can sit on that web to add to the fun!  Yeah Kindergarten!
